Where do the boats to Shala River depart from?

The boats to Shala River depart from Komani Lake, one of Albania’s most scenic spots. The standard group tour includes transport from Shkodra city at 07:30 (meeting point: in front of Rozafa Hotel), taking you directly to the Komani port.

If you are already staying in Koman, you can simply join the tour at the lake. From hotels and guesthouses around Koman, we also provide free pickup and transfer to the port, so you don’t have to worry about logistics.

Once at Komani Lake, the boat departs at 09:30 and heads through stunning canyons and emerald waters before arriving at the Shala River around 10:45.
